Delimitation of the WTDA

In accordance with Sec. 21 of Act No. 523/2004 Coll. on public administration budgetary rules and on the amendment and supplement to certain acts, as amended, and in accordance with Act No. 284/2018 Coll. on amendment of Act No. 338/2000 Coll. on inland navigation and on amendment supplement to certain acts, as amended, and on the amendment and supplement to certain acts, Agentúra rozvoja vodnej dopravy (Waterborne Transport Development Agency), a budgetary institution registered at Lamačská cesta 8, 811 04 Bratislava, ID: 42 183 677 (hereinafter referred to as the “ARVD”) will cease to operate on 1 November 2018.

Physical and financial assets and files, including all of the AVRD’s rights and obligations specified in the delimitation protocol, shall pass to the Ministry of Transport and Construction of the Slovak Republic, a budgetary organization registered at Námestie slobody 6, 810 05 Bratislava, ID: 30 416 094. https://www.mindop.sk/en
